Returns

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy? 

 

All items have been inspected prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your poncho(s) or if you would like to exchange it/them for a different size, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund of merchandise price.  Merchandise must be clean, unused, unlaundered, free of stains and odors, and in its original condition. We're sorry, but shipping & handling fees are not refundable.  Accessories (hats, blankets) are not returnable.  Merchandise received as a gift or via gift certificate is eligible for exchange only (as long as it meets the conditions described above). 

All refunds must be pre-authorized via email or telephone. When sending back merchandise, please use a track-able delivery service such as USPS Priority Service, UPS, Fedex etc.  Include a copy of your receipt, reason for return, and desired action.  We're sorry, but after 14 days of receipt, no returns or exchanges will be authorized at all. Unauthorized returned merchandise can not be accepted for refund or exchange.  

If you have purchased merchandise and would like to return or exchange, call us at 866-282-0751 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 PM EST, or use the Contact Us page to send an email.  Please send your returns in a securely wrapped package using an insured, prepaid method as described above. 

Returns and exchanges must be received by H Barry Boo LLC within 30 days of authorization.  Return or exchange merchandise received after 30 days will not be accepted for credit or exchange and will not be returned to sender.
