Returns
All items have been inspected prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your poncho(s) or if items were damaged during shipping, you may return them within 21 days of receipt for exchange or refund of merchandise price. Accessories (hats, blankets) are not returnable. All refunds will be issued by check, and must be pre-authorized via email or telephone.
Unauthorized returned merchandise can not be accepted for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unused, with tags attached and in its original condition. We're sorry, but shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
Please send your returns in a securely wrapped package using an insured, prepaid method. Include your receipt, indicate the reason for return, and return or exchange information. Merchandise received as a gift is eligible for exchange only.
